They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join their on-site team. The Role
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of a flagship corporate site. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure facilities services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate facilities-related tasks, work orders, and service requests.
- Act as a point of contact for client, contractor, and vendor enquiries.
- Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, service providers, and contractors to ensure service standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and facilities documentation.
- Process and manage vendor paperwork, proposals, and work orders.
- Support the implementation of facilities procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor external building activities, including waste management and recycling processes.
- Respond promptly to client queries and service requests.
- Assist with reporting on operational performance and service delivery metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in a facilities, administration, property, workplace services, or customer-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
Desirable
- Experience within a corporate office environment.
- Understanding of facilities management processes and service delivery.
- Experience coordinating contractors or service providers.
- Knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements within commercial buildings.
