🏢 LINQ Recruitment Specialists – Public Sector Division

We’re hiring a highly organised, detail driven individual to support our Public Sector team, working directly within live Local Authority projects.

This is not a general admin role. You will sit within one of our high performing divisions playing a key role in project tracking, contractor management and data accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include:

📂 Allocating and tracking Educational Psychology cases across multiple Local Authority projects

📊 Updating and maintaining the master spreadsheet with live contractor and project data

📞 Proactively following-up with Educational Psychologists for progress updates to ensure real time reporting

💷 Ensuring data accuracy for finance and payroll processing

🤝 Acting as an operational point of contact between consultants, contractors and clients

📝 Supporting project catch ups, engagement tracking and tender monitoring

📣 Assisting with LinkedIn marketing, brochures and case study creation

We’re looking for:

✅ Exceptional attention to detail

✅ Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple moving parts at once

✅ Confident written and verbal communication

✅ Someone proactive who takes ownership

This role offers exposure to finance, compliance, public sector frameworks and operational delivery, with clear progression as we scale.
