How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Do you enjoy solving complex inventory challenges?

Love turning data into insight and ensuring every number adds up?

Want to play a pivotal role behind one of the world's most iconic FMCG brands?

We're looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join Monster Energy's EMEA Operations team. This is a high-impact position where your analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to solve problems will directly influence inventory accuracy, financial reporting and operational performance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

    The Company:

    Monster isn't corporate.

We're bold, fast-moving, disruptive and unapologetically ambitious.

Since launching in 2002, Monster Energy has become one of the world's leading energy drink brands, with more than 4,000 employees globally and 138+ million cases sold across EMEA in 2023.

Despite our global scale, we've retained the mentality of a challenger brand. We move quickly, embrace change and empower people to take ownership from day one.

If you thrive in a business where no two days are the same and your work genuinely makes an impact, you'll fit right in.

    The Role:

Reporting to the EMEA Inventory Manager, you'll join a growing Inventory team responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across Monster's expanding EMEA supply chain.

Supporting a newly established UK warehouse alongside production operations in Egypt, you'll work closely with Monster's manufacturing and distribution partner, including The Coca-Cola Company, our primary co-packer, bottling and distribution partner to ensure inventory is accurately reported, reconciled and financially controlled.

This is far more than an administration role.

You'll investigate stock discrepancies, analyse inventory data, reconcile complex transactions, support month-end financial reporting and work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to continuously improve inventory performance across multiple international markets.

If you enjoy identifying trends, solving problems and making data-driven decisions, you'll find plenty to get your teeth into.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own inventory accuracy across multiple third-party manufacturing and warehouse locations throughout EMEA.
    • Analyse inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
    • Perform detailed stock reconciliations and investigate inventory variances.
    • Process inventory transactions and reporting within SAP.
    • Support Month-End, Quarter-End and Year-End financial reconciliations.
    • Review production yields, wastage and inventory losses, ensuring issues are identified and resolved.
    • Work closely with Finance, Supply Planning, Logistics and external manufacturing partners.
    • Drive continuous improvements to inventory controls, reporting and operational processes.
    • Help ensure products continue flowing efficiently through Monster's international supply chain.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience within Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Logistics or Planning.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes.
    • Experience completing stock reconciliations, cycle counts or inventory investigations.
    • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
    • Experience using SAP or another ERP system.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a naturally methodical approach.
    • Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across multiple teams and international partners.
    • A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership and improving processes.
