Part-Time Compliance & TOBA Administrator
Location: London (Office-based, 2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £60,000 pro rata + benefits (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, boutique Lloyd's insurance broker based in London. They are seeking an experienced Compliance & TOBA Administrator to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis, working two days per week from their London office.
The successful candidate MUST have insurance experience.
This role would suit an experienced insurance compliance professional looking for a part-time opportunity, whether you're returning to work after a career break, seeking greater work-life balance, or reducing your working hours.
As this is a standalone role with minimal supervision, the successful candidate will need to be confident working independently and able to make an immediate impact.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience working within the insurance market, ideally with a Lloyd's broker.
- Strong compliance experience within the insurance sector.
- Proven experience managing Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs).
- Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a one-off project to organise and review all existing TOBAs.
- Manage the ongoing administration and due diligence requirements relating to TOBAs, including responding to broker requests and maintaining documentation.
- Oversee licensing requirements for brokers operating within South America.
- Carry out FinScan clearances, sanctions screening, adverse media checks and other compliance-related due diligence.
- Produce Risk & Compliance reports using existing templates.
- Monitor and manage compliance tasks through the Atlas system.
- Keep up to date with regulatory developments affecting a Lloyd's insurance broker and help ensure ongoing compliance.
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £60,000 per annum (pro rata for a two-day working week).
- Company benefits provided on a pro rata basis.
- Permanent, part-time position.
If you have the required insurance compliance and TOBA experience and are looking for a flexible part-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
