How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Graphic Designer & Videographer

Full-time, on-site role in London. Salary depending on experience. No visa sponsorship available.

    About Virtue Vets

Virtue Vets is a premium veterinary group building a new standard of pet care across London. We combine clinical excellence with a design-forward, hospitality-led experience for pets and pet parents. Our architecturally designed clinics reflect the same care we put into every consultation, delivering a premium experience from the moment you walk through the door.

We are scaling fast, with plans to grow to 50 UK locations and expand internationally, and we are looking for exceptional people who want to help shape what modern veterinary care looks like.

    Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Videographer to be our in-house creative powerhouse, bringing the Virtue Vets brand to life across print, digital and video. Graphic design is at the core of this role, spanning brand templates, marketing collateral and creative direction, alongside strong videography skills to capture and produce content across our clinics.

You will report to the CMO and work closely with the wider marketing team, producing content that is leveraged across our website, YouTube, social media and in-clinic materials, including premium, curated social video content. Photography is a nice-to-have skill that adds further versatility to the role.

    Key Responsibilities

The following responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature of the role and are not exhaustive.

    Brand Templates and Design (Primary)

    • Design and develop high-quality, reusable marketing templates and collateral, including clinic flyers, loyalty cards, in-clinic screen artwork, social graphics, email newsletters, event invitations, presentation assets and signage.
    • Create campaign creative, recruitment marketing materials and other collateral as requested by the CMO.
    • Supply templates in editable formats with clear guidance so the wider marketing team can use them consistently.

    Brand Review and Creative Direction

    • Review existing marketing materials and recommend improvements to visual consistency, brand alignment, typography, colour palettes, layouts and imagery.
    • Identify outdated or inconsistent collateral and recommend improvements that support a premium, hospitality-led customer experience.

    Videography and Content Capture (Secondary)

    • Plan, film and edit video content at our clinics for use across the website, YouTube and social media.
    • Develop premium, curated and editorial-style video content for social media, elevating our content beyond standard social clips.
    • Capture client testimonials, team features, event highlights and behind-the-scenes clinic content.
    • Maintain a well-organised video and image content library, ensuring content is archived, tagged and easy to retrieve.

    Ongoing Creative Support

    • Provide design support on an ad hoc basis, including campaign artwork, social assets, posters, leaflets, presentation design, exhibition graphics and digital advertising.
    • Respond professionally to feedback and deliver work to a consistently high standard within agreed timelines.

We recognise that no job description can capture every aspect of a role. As Virtue Vets continues to grow, responsibilities may evolve to meet the needs of our patients, clients and business.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    Essential

    • Strong graphic design portfolio, with expertise in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.
    • Proven experience designing brand templates and marketing collateral across print and digital formats.
    • Videography and video editing skills, using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut, with a portfolio of social or brand video content.
    • Ability to conceive and produce premium, editorial-style video content for social media.
    • Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour and visual storytelling.
    • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working across multiple clinic locations in London.

    Desirable

    • Photography skills, with the ability to deliver high-resolution images for digital and print use.
    • Experience working within a multi-site or clinic-based business.
    • Experience within the veterinary, pet care, healthcare, hospitality or luxury retail sector.
    • Experience managing a content or image library.
    • A genuine passion for pets and an understanding of the premium end of the pet care market.

    Personal Attributes

    We're looking for someone who:

    • Is a genuine creative powerhouse, equally comfortable across design and video.
    • Takes ownership and follows things through to completion without needing to be chased.
    • Has exceptional attention to detail and a strong visual eye.
    • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
    • Responds well to feedback and is committed to a high standard of craft.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving scale-up environment.

    Success in the Role

People who thrive in this role:

    • Produce high-quality brand templates and collateral that scale consistently across a growing clinic network.
    • Create premium, editorial-style video content that elevates our social and web presence.
    • Build a well-organised, easily accessible design and content library.
    • Maintain a consistent, elevated visual identity for Virtue Vets across every channel.
    • Consistently demonstrate the Virtue Vets Success Pillars.
