The Opportun
ityYou'll join an established Building Consultancy team of eight, forming part of a wider 27-person commercial property office in Bristol. Working closely with experienced Associates and Partners, you'll receive the support, mentoring and technical exposure needed to accelerate your professional development and progress towards Chartersh
ip.
The team works across a diverse portfolio of clients, including blue-chip organisations, private investors, public sector bodies and rural estates, meaning you'll enjoy a varied workload that will continually broaden your technical knowledge and commercial understand
ing.

- orts.Contract administration and project management on refurbishment, conversion and new-build proj
- ects.Preparing feasibility studies alongside multidisciplinary t
- eams.Acting as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations where appropr
- iate.Delivering Party Wall mat
- ters.Building strong relationships with clients while supporting the continued growth of the Building Consultancy
- team.Collaborating with colleagues across planning, rural, commercial and wider property discipl
