The Role Will Involve
Planning and delivering engaging primary lessons
Assessing pupils and adapting teaching to their needs
Establishing consistent classroom routines
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Working with teaching assistants and phase colleagues
Communicating professionally with parents and carers
Participating in training, meetings and school development
Meeting all safeguarding and professional expectations
