We're recruiting on behalf of an ambitious, family-owned care provider seeking Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) to join a well-established nursing home in Tadworth, Surrey.

The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing care while leading and supporting the care team throughout each shift.
You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider clinical team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care and that clinical governance, medication management and documentation are maintained to an excellent standard.
Both day and night positions are available.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.

Safely administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records.
*
Lead and support Care Assistants throughout each shift.
*
Develop and review care plans and risk assessments.
*
Monitor residents' clinical needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
*
Work collaboratively with families and external healthcare professionals.
*
Support compliance with CQC standards and clinical best practice.
About You
You'll ideally have:

Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
*
Excellent clinical knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
*
A compassionate, professional and team-focused approach.
