How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Promote best practice and support the development of a continuous improvement culture throughout the business.
Ensure all improvement activities are carried out in line with health, safety, and quality standards.
Produce clear technical documentation, reports, and process improvement recommendations.
Support operational teams by providing technical guidance and process engineering expertise.
    Skills & Experience

Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in a Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operational Excellence role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Experience leading or supporting process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.
Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.
A proactive, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving.
We're looking for a motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll be someone who enjoys identifying opportunities to improve processes, working collaboratively across departments, and delivering practical solutions that enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency. If you're passionate about driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you
