About the role

 

We are looking for an RD&A Technician for our site, based in Bristol, GB. The snacks category is an exciting growth opportunity for Kerry. The successful candidate will be lab based, 5 days a week and will be required to support the Snacks RD&A Team.

Key responsibilities

 

Accurate and methodical seasoning sample preparation

Assist in the development of products from concept, trials and all the way through to launch

Various types of Snack seasoning applications including topical and slurry application

Raw material stock management

Base stock management

Manage & coordinate Analytical requests & Sensory testing

Perform functionality testing

Liaise with cross-functional teams within the business to ensure everything is compliant, effective and meeting the project expectations

Project management

General lab management

Qualifications and skills

 

3rd level qualification desired but not essential

Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment Desirable but not essential

A keen interest in food

Competence navigating key R&D systems

Project management skills

Lab good practices

Excellent communication skills

Enthusiastic team player

You will bring a high level of attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
