Bloom Search is looking for a highly experienced Freelance Softs Garment Technologist to support a contemporary ladies’ ready-to-wear designer in London
We are looking for someone who is confident working across soft woven products and has extensive experience leading fittings, liaising directly with factories and working closely with Product Development to ensure the highest standards of fit, quality and construction.
You must have:
• Strong experience as a Softs Garment Technologist within premium, luxury or contemporary womenswear
• Excellent fitting experience and the confidence to lead fit sessions
• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit and finishing
• Experience reviewing samples and communicating clear technical comments to factories
• The ability to work closely and collaboratively with Product Development and Design
• Availability to start quickly and work in London
An excellent day rate is available for the right person.
