How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role

As part of our creative studio, you'll work across a diverse range of licensed fashion and lifestyle projects, creating original graphics, prints, patterns and visual concepts that inspire both clients and licensees.

No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple brands, product categories and creative styles, contributing to projects from initial concept through to client presentation.

Working alongside our experienced design team, you'll also take ownership of your own projects, bringing fresh ideas, creative thinking and attention to detail throughout the design process.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Creating original fashion graphics for licensed apparel and accessories.
    • Designing repeat prints, patterns and graphic assets.
    • Developing seasonal concepts and trend-led creative directions.
    • Researching fashion, colour and consumer trends.
    • Producing presentation-ready artwork for client pitches.
    • Collaborating with the wider creative team on multiple brand projects.
    • Contributing innovative ideas that help shape future product collections.
    • Managing multiple projects while consistently delivering high-quality creative work.

    About You

We're looking for a passionate and imaginative designer with a genuine interest in brands, fashion and visual storytelling.

    You'll ideally have:

    • Around five years' professional experience in a Graphic Design or Fashion Graphics role.
    • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design, Fashion Graphics or a related discipline.
    • Strong experience creating fashion graphics, print and pattern designs.
    • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Experience with InDesign would be an advantage, although it's not essential.
    • A strong interest in entertainment, sport, heritage or lifestyle brands.
    • Excellent concept generation and creative thinking skills.
    • A confident eye for colour, typography, composition and detail.
    • The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive approach
