How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join an internationally recognised architecture practice in London.


    Supporting both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and employees alike. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team, you'll coordinate recruitment, onboarding and day to day HR operations across a busy, collaborative studio.

    The Role

    This is a varied and fast paced position, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination while also supporting wider HR initiatives and employee lifecycle activities.


    Working across multiple teams and international stakeholders, you'll manage recruitment processes from interview scheduling through to onboarding, while helping ensure HR operations run smoothly, accurately and efficiently.


    Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition

    • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and senior stakeholders.
    • Manage the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to offer acceptance.
    • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Prepare offer documentation and coordinate onboarding for new starters.
    • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment data.
    • Coordinate background and reference checks.
    • Support careers events, employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
    • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


    Human Resources

    • Support the day to day administration of HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
    • Assist with onboarding, employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes.
    • Coordinate training and learning & development activities.
    • Maintain HR records, systems and documentation.
    • Produce HR reports and support compliance activities where required.
    • Assist with HR projects, process improvements and wider people initiatives.


    Requirements

    • Previous experience within an HR Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Coordinator role.
    • Experience working within an architecture practice or the wider built environment sector is essential.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment coordination and HR administration.
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding and recruitment processes.
    • Confident working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • High levels of accuracy, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
    • A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced studio environment.


    Desirable

    • Experience supporting international HR teams.
    • Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
    • Experience producing HR reports and analysing HR data.
