How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Change Trainer to deliver high-impact training as part of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation. This role supports the adoption of new systems and processes across seven UK offices over a 9-month project. You will report to the Change Lead and play a key part in stakeholder engagement, training design, and readiness activities.

The role is focused on creating and delivering role-specific, process-driven training that helps users adopt new ways of working confidently and consistently. It combines training needs analysis, learning asset development, and on-site delivery at key project milestones.

    Responsibilities will include

    • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams across all UK sites.
    • Partner with change leads and functional SMEs to develop a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP processes.
    • Conduct detailed training needs analysis and skillset assessments to identify gaps and define learning strategies.
    • Design, develop, and deliver role-based training, both virtual and in person.
    • Produce system training, end-to-end business process training, and user guides.
    • Create engaging learning assets using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Microsoft Office.
    • Ensure training materials are accessible, scalable, and aligned to professional standards.
    • Support business readiness activities, including user acceptance preparation, go-live readiness, and hyper-care/post-go-live support.
    • Deliver training across all project phases, including onsite delivery at UK offices during key milestones.
    • Maintain training records and contribute to reporting on change readiness, adoption, and training effectiveness.
    • Identify and escalate risks related to training and adoption, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure all training materials align with the firm’s values and tone of voice.

    The Person

You will be a proactive, relationship-focused trainer with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across a complex, multi-site transformation programme. You will be confident delivering training to varied audiences and translating technical or process-heavy content into clear, user-friendly learning.

    • Proven experience in change training or learning roles within large-scale transformation programmes.
    • Experience delivering training for ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • Demonstrated ability to support complex, multi-site, cross-functional implementations with large user populations.
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
    • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly training.
    • Proficiency with learning tools such as Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.

    The Hours

Hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week on site in Bristol. 9-month fixed-term contract.

    The Salary

    £45,000 per annum (day-rate equivalent).

    The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (35 hours) with hybrid working

    The Location:

    Central Bristol, no car parking

    The Dates:
