How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Customer Success & Operations Coordinator

    Location: SW London/ Surrey

Are you an organised, proactive coordinator who enjoys solving problems and delivering an excellent customer experience?

We’re supporting an established medical technology company that is looking for a Customer Success & Operations Coordinator to join its specialist surgical division.

This is much more than a traditional customer service role. You’ll become the operational link between hospitals, sales teams, service engineers and warehouse operations, making sure customer orders are fulfilled, specialist equipment is available and every customer receives a reliable and responsive service.

On a typical day, you could be coordinating the delivery of demonstration equipment to a hospital, updating a customer on an urgent order, arranging the calibration of an electrical device or preparing operational reports for the leadership team.

You’ll manage customer orders, service contracts, repairs and equipment loans while coordinating the allocation, dispatch and return of specialist surgical equipment. You’ll keep customers informed, resolve issues quickly and work closely with sales, service and warehouse teams.

You’ll also monitor equipment availability, stock levels and maintenance schedules, produce operational reports and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer operations, order management, logistics, service coordination or a similar position. You’ll need to be highly organised, confident communicating with customers and comfortable managing several priorities at once.

Experience using SAP or another ERP system is important, alongside good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. Experience within medical devices, healthcare or another regulated industry would be valuable, but it isn’t essential if you have the right transferable experience.

This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist division within an established medical technology business. You’ll gain exposure across the organisation, develop your understanding of innovative surgical technology and have the chance to improve how the operation works.
