Facilities Administrator
We are looking for a reliable and organized Facilities Administrator to provide temporary maternity cover support within a busy operational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and keeping accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Signing contractors in and out of the site
- Carrying out general administrative duties
- Chasing engineers and contractors for job updates
- Monitoring the progress of maintenance and service jobs
- Updating trackers and maintaining accurate records
- Allocating deliveries to the correct contacts and departments
- Supporting the wider facilities and operations team with day-to-day coordination tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or facilities support role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional and approachable manner when dealing with contractors, engineers, and internal teams
- Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
This is a temporary maternity cover position offering 40 hours per week in a fast-paced and supportive working environment.
