- Develop concepts for client campaigns and brand guidelines, drawing on current design trends and best practice
- Work with clients and cross-agency teams to bring innovative ideas and solutions that meet their objectives
- Lead the design execution of live client projects end to end
- Own the design of internal marketing and branding output, acting as a guardian of the agency's brand across all channels
- Contribute to strategic brainstorms and pitches for both new and existing clients
- Research design trends, visual identity and editorial graphic design and feed insight back into live work
- Manage workflow, deadlines and organisation of assets to keep internal processes running smoothly
- Present ideas and designs in an engaging, structured way to internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a graphic designer, ideally within an agency environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of digital design principles and social-first graphic design
- Good grasp of typography, editorial layouts and colour theory across digital and print
- Understanding of print production, artwork setup and working with print suppliers
- Experience using AI tools within concept and design workflows
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to tell a story and sell ideas
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure
- Approachable, adaptable and comfortable working across several teams at once
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Copywriting experience to complement design work
- Working knowledge of Google Slides and Keynote
This role would suit a designer with a couple of years under their belt who's ready to take on real ownership across both client campaigns and internal brand work within a growing, fast-paced creative team.
