Every project starts with one question.
Can it be delivered?
Before the first piece of steel is fabricated, before the cranes arrive on site, someone has already turned drawings into a commercially successful plan.
This is your opportunity to become that person.
You'll be joining a well-established structural steel contractor whose work can be found across major infrastructure, aviation, rail and architecturally complex projects throughout the UK and beyond. From airport developments to landmark steel structures, you'll play a key role in helping secure the projects that shape the business's future.

The Role
You'll help win exciting structural steel projects by:
- Producing accurate estimates from structural drawings and project specifications.
- Preparing take-offs, bills of quantities and competitive tender submissions.
- Working with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best commercial solutions.
- Identifying project risks and supporting value engineering opportunities.
- Collaborating with engineering and commercial teams throughout the tender process.
- Helping shape bid strategies that convert enquiries into secured projects.
No two tenders are the same, giving you exposure to a wide variety of technically interesting work across multiple sectors.
