We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Planning Coordinator to support a Programme Domain team based in Gaydon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business administration professional to work closely with senior leadership, supporting business planning, communications, governance, and employee engagement activities.
The Opportunity
This role will support the Programme Domain with a strong focus on business planning and operational coordination. Working closely with VP Chiefs and key stakeholders, you will help drive business priorities while ensuring effective communication, governance, budget coordination, and team engagement activities across the domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support VP Chiefs in the delivery of key business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Lead budget coordination activities and support financial planning inputs across the Domain.
- Create and support the delivery of internal communication plans.
- Develop and maintain effective leadership cadences and governance processes.
- Support People & Culture initiatives and employee engagement events.
- Coordinate meetings, actions, reports, and business updates.
- Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making and business performance tracking.
- Build strong working relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
- Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively.
- Undertake additional business support activities as required by management.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in business administration, business planning, or programme support roles.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to analyse and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to demanding deadlines.
- Strong organisational and coordination capabilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or leadership teams would be advantageous.
Qualifications
- Relevant business administration experience or equivalent qualification.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
