Learning Mentor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Mentor to join our team and provide targeted support to children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a great opportunity for a new or experienced educator to become a familiar face in a school where staffing, culture and community go hand in hand.

About the Role
- Work closely with pupils to build positive relationships and promote emotional wellbeing.
- Support pupils in managing behaviour and developing coping strategies.
- Assist with learning activities and help pupils engage positively in school life.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent support.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and resilient in challenging situations.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting pupils.
