The team is now looking to recruit a motivated Reprographics Assistant to support the firm's day-to-day operations and deliver a high-quality internal service.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position, providing essential reprographics, document management and office support services across the firm. You'll be responsible for producing professional legal documentation, preparing court bundles, managing incoming and outgoing post, and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's reprographics facilities.
You'll also provide first-line support for office equipment, assist with document deliveries, maintain stock levels, and ensure confidential information is handled securely and accurately at all times.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, dependable and takes pride in delivering an efficient, responsive service to colleagues across the firm.

Requirements:
- Previous experience within a administrative, office services or facilities role, ideally within a law firm or other legal professional services environment.
- Experience producing legal documents, photocopying, printing, scanning and preparing court bundles.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using document management systems and office reprographics equipment.
- A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
