Design is central to how the brand connects with customers.
You’ll work closely with the Lead Brand Designer and help shape the brand across campaigns, social, print, and in-store touchpoints. Experience producing work for music, fashion, culture, sport (or similar) is a plus.
This role suits someone who can handle a mix of static and motion design (After Effects is important), plus print and packaging. You’ll be expected to bring ideas, move quickly, and still be hands-on with day-to-day deliverables.

- Brand & campaign design: Create on-brand visuals for marketing campaigns, partnerships, and internal initiatives.
- Motion & social: Make animations and short-form video for social, digital campaigns, and in-restaurant screens.
- Print & production: Design print-ready assets such as menus, posters, hoardings, and in-store collateral.
- Digital & presentations: Produce digital assets (e.g., banners, CRM graphics) and strong presentation materials.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and external partners to deliver work across the business.

- Experience across branding, digital, motion, and print.
- A strong portfolio of brand-led work for a variety of client types or audiences.

- Collaborative and organised, comfortable working at pace.
Ideal Experience
- Past work with food, fashion, music, sports, culture or youth-focused brands.
- In-house experience, or working closely with in-house teams.

- Enjoys an in-office, fast-moving environment; proactive and collaborative
- Comfortable with direct feedback and quick iterations
- Detail-focused without losing momentum
