How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

A growing consumer food brand with a strong, culture-led following is looking for a Midweight Creative Designer to join its in-house brand team. Recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, this is a company that treats culture and creativity as central to the business, not an afterthought. Design is central to how the brand connects with customers.

You’ll work closely with the Lead Brand Designer and help shape the brand across campaigns, social, print, and in-store touchpoints. Experience producing work for music, fashion, culture, sport (or similar) is a plus.

This role suits someone who can handle a mix of static and motion design (After Effects is important), plus print and packaging. You’ll be expected to bring ideas, move quickly, and still be hands-on with day-to-day deliverables.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Brand & campaign design: Create on-brand visuals for marketing campaigns, partnerships, and internal initiatives.
    • Motion & social: Make animations and short-form video for social, digital campaigns, and in-restaurant screens.
    • Print & production: Design print-ready assets such as menus, posters, hoardings, and in-store collateral.
    • Digital & presentations: Produce digital assets (e.g., banners, CRM graphics) and strong presentation materials.
    • Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and external partners to deliver work across the business.

    Required Skills

    • Experience across branding, digital, motion, and print.
    • A strong portfolio of brand-led work for a variety of client types or audiences.
    • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects.
    • Good concepting skills and the ability to develop ideas into clear, finished work.
    • Collaborative and organised, comfortable working at pace.

    Ideal Experience

    • Past work with food, fashion, music, sports, culture or youth-focused brands.
    • In-house experience, or working closely with in-house teams.
    • A good feel for social formats and what performs well on digital channels.
    • Ability to build and maintain design templates/systems.

    Personal Attributes

    • Enjoys an in-office, fast-moving environment; proactive and collaborative
    • Comfortable with direct feedback and quick iterations
    • Detail-focused without losing momentum

    Role Details

    • Salary: £35,000–£42,000 (depending on experience)
    • Central London
    • 4 days per week in the office, 1 day WFH
    • Start date: ASAP

**TO APPLY: Please label your PORTFOLIO link clearly on your CV. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
