Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing general HR and administrative support for ongoing projects.
- Supporting HR, Mobility, TA and Training teams
- Preparing and tracking invitation letters for short-term assignees and business travelers.
- Coordinating housing and car rental arrangements.
- Managing relationships with accommodation and vehicle suppliers, including invoice processing.
- Supporting business insurance registration and assisting with payroll and National Insurance matters when required.
- Assisting with visa application processes and coordinating with UK and China HR teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, Management preferred, but other disciplines may be considered).
- An energy to learn and support a busy HR team
- Previous administration or coordination experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Contract
- Duration: Preferred 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business needs.
