Contract - 23 month
Pay rate: £33.78 p/h
Atrium is seeking a talented Research Associate to support a global pharma company in Surrey.
This 23-month role is based on site and combines administrative coordination with scientific project support across health economics and outcomes research, real-world evidence, and migraine-related studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support process-related activities for study protocols and evidence generation projects.
- Complete quality control checks of protocols and study materials led by the global team.
- Maintain study documentation systems and public registries, including GDMS and EU PASS where required.
- Coordinate study calls with vendors, stakeholders, project managers, Key Opinion Leaders, and internal teams.
- Support ad hoc information requests, including identification of publications and informal literature searches.
- Track budgets, studies, projects, contracts, publications, invoices, and related documentation.
- Support publication planning, tracking, manuscript development, scientific review, and journal submission activities.
Experience required:
- Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy, health policy, or a related field.
- Experience in research, academia, consulting, pharma, HEOR, or a related environment.
- Understanding of health services research methods, observational study design, literature reviews, database analysis, epidemiology, statistics.
- Strong project management, communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Self-directed, collaborative, and able to manage priorities with limited supervision.
- At least one year of relevant experience in pharma, consulting, HEOR, or a related field.
