Role Description
FPF Utilities is seeking a full-time Gas Supervisor working in both the office and on sites located across the South of England, predominantly Portsmouth, Southampton & Salisbury. The Gas Supervisor will oversee daily operations associated with gas mains replacement projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Daily tasks include supervising teams, coordinating with other key departments such as H&S, Planning and Reinstatement, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines, auditing work including PE construction and site safety.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership abilities to manage and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and address challenges proactively.
- Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are an advantage such as NRSWA and Shea Gas.
- Prior experience in utility or gas replacement projects is a necessity.
