About the Role
Our client has a unique opportunity to shape the future visual identity and collection strategy for two iconic global names: Ed Hardy and AND1.
They are now seeking a highly focused, organised, and creative Menswear Apparel & Graphic Designer with a proven track record in streetwear and lifestyle-sportswear.
Managing both brands simultaneously, you will navigate and respect two distinct design DNAs, balancing the bold, graphic heritage of Ed Hardy with the authentic, streetball-infused legacy of AND1.
Key Responsibilities
Trend Forecasting & Concept:
Anticipate future menswear trends and commercial movements, translating them into relevant, forward-thinking collections that honour each brand's core identity.

Graphic Design:
Develop original graphics, prints, and artwork across Ed Hardy and AND1 menswear collections, translating seasonal trends and brand influences into commercially relevant designs.
Artwork & Production:
Prepare production-ready artwork and graphic specifications, with a good understanding of print techniques, garment placement and application.
Technical & Product Development:
Partner closely with our dedicated product development team in Dongguan, China, ensuring that new collections and sales-samples are developed accurately and delivered strictly against the critical path.
Commercial Design:
Collaborate with global agents and distributors to review SMU requests, ensuring product ranges are highly commercial, market-relevant to regional demographics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work together with creative, commercial, and operational teams across our global offices to bring cohesive collections from concept to consumer.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 4-5 years experience in menswear design, specifically demonstrating expertise within the streetwear and sportswear sectors.
Graphic Design: Develop graphics, prints and artwork across menswear collections for both brands, ensuring all designs are commercially relevant and aligned to their distinct brand identities. Translate seasonal concepts, trend insights and cultural influences into strong graphic executions across apparel categories, with a good understanding of print techniques, garment application and production requirements.

Brand Versatility: The creative ability to design for two separate brands with contrasting aesthetics and design DNAs at the same time.

Organisation Skills: Highly organised and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and align with international manufacturing timelines.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with overseas production teams, international distributors, and internal stakeholders.
