How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The First Wearable for your Gut & Nutrition (www.suna.health)

You own how Suna looks, feels and flows, on web, mobile, and form factor. You design in Figma and ship it in code yourself, no handoffs. Nobody has shown people their gut before, so the interface for it does not exist yet. You draw it first.

Quick facts: London, in person · Full-time · Competitive salary + equity · Small founding team

    What this actually is

Nobody has properly cracked real-time signals from this part of the body. We are building the first wearable for gut and nutrition, on a mission to make the human body understandable to anyone. This is a real seat on the founding team. You own your patch end to end, and what you own grows as fast as you can carry it.

    What you'll own

    • The UI and UX of everything people touch: every screen, flow and state, from first sketch to shipped code
    • The design system: type, colour, motion, components. One visual language across app and web
    • How dense body data becomes simple: the charts, the rings, the visual language of gut health
    • The web end to end: suna.health, onboarding, accounts, built as considered as the app

    You'll fit if you:

    • Run at a high level of agency. You see what needs doing and do it, no hand-holding.
    • Ship. Interfaces real people used, a beautiful app in the store, side projects. Links count more than a basic CV.
    • Live in both worlds. Figma and code are both home, and you build what you design.
    • Have taste you can defend. A flow one screen too long or a spacing 2px off bothers you until it is fixed.
    • Use AI tools properly in your daily work (Claude, Cursor or similar) and are faster for it.
    • Are comfortable with the mess of early consumer hardware and make calls without full information.
    • Stay with things. We back people who commit to a mission, not job-hoppers.

Bonuses: you make things nobody asked for (a font, a game, a strange little tool), a personal site that is obviously a playground, an eye trained outside software (drawing, photography, film, music), an interface idea of your own that we have not seen before, time at a wearable (Oura, WHOOP) or an app people call beautiful, a biohacker, obsessive about something niche, scrappy by default.

    Dealbreakers

Be honest with yourself before you apply. This is not the one if:

    • No prior interest in health or health tech.
    • You are high maintenance.
    • You hop jobs. It is a red flag for us.
    • You chase big names and vanity metrics over the mission.
    • You want a strict 9-to-5. This will never be that.
