How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Manage Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
    • Plan and schedule daily content
    • Stay ahead of social media trends and implement relevant ideas

    Influencer & Partnership management

    • Build relationships with influencers and creators
    • Manage gifting campaigns and paid collaborations
    • Organise influencer visits, content days and creator shoots
    • Identify partnership opportunities with complementary brands

    Community Building

    • Engage with followers through comments, stories and community interactions
    • Build relationships with loyal customers and brand advocates
    • Encourage user-generated content and customer participation
    • Help establish the brand as an online leader

    Campaign planning

    • Plan frequent campaign shoots and content days
    • Develop content strategies around launches, new collections and key sales periods

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and modern social media
    • Excellent eye for fashion, aesthetics and luxury branding
    • Experience creating and editing short-form video content
    • Confident filming content on iPhone
    • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join the founding team of a socially led, ambitious and fast growing womenswear brand with a direct impact on their market position. A great opportunity for someone early and ambitious in their social media career.
