How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    📍 Freelance | 4 weeks | Immediate start - 3rd August

Our client is undergoing a major e-commerce relaunch with a brand-new setup. To support this massive milestone, they are reshooting their entire product catalogue - amounting to approximately 500 SKUs.

    WHO R U?

Reporting to the Creative Manager, you are an experienced, highly organised Freelance E-commerce Producer who thrives in fast-paced studio environments. You take ownership from start to finish, confidently managing every stage of production to ensure projects are delivered on time, to an exceptional standard, and with no detail overlooked. You also have

    • OWNERSHIP: You confidently lead the end-to-end production process, from pre-production planning and sample management through to shoot execution, post-production, and final asset delivery.
    • ORGANISED: You excel at managing complex logistics, balancing multiple moving parts, and keeping high-volume productions running smoothly under tight deadlines.
    • DETAIL-DRIVEN: You have a sharp eye for detail and consistently maintain exceptional quality across every stage of the production process.
    • PROACTIVE: You bring a proven background in high-volume fashion e-commerce photography and know how to deliver efficient, commercially focused studio shoots.

    THE ROLE

    Pre-Production & Logistics

    • Casting & Booking: Source, cast, and book all models, ensuring they align with brand identity and size requirements.
    • Crew Management: Recruit, book, and manage all freelance assistants and on-set crew (photographers, stylists, HMU, and assistants).
    • Sample & Inventory Management: Oversee the organisation of approximately 350 SKUs. Coordinate sample locations, sample orders when needed, size categorisation, and prep ahead of the shoot.
    • Scheduling: Create the master shoot schedule and a meticulous, hour-by-hour daily running order to ensure maximum efficiency across the 5–7 shoot days.
    • Pack-Up Prep: Plan the logistics for post-shoot pack-up, ensuring assets and samples are tracked and returned systematically.

    On-Site Production

    • Schedule Management: Act as the main point of contact on set, keeping the crew, models, and styling teams strictly on schedule to hit daily SKU targets.
    • Problem Solving: Call the shots on set to resolve any real-time logistical bottlenecks, wardrobe issues, or timing delays.
    • Team Morale & Energy: Maintain a high-energy, collaborative, and organised environment during an intensive 5–7 day shoot window.

    Post-Production & Asset Delivery

    • Asset Tracking: Work alongside the external digital tech and photography team to ensure all captured files are organised, named correctly and accounted for.
    • Delivery Management: Oversee the initial asset delivery pipeline, ensuring everything required for the e-com relaunch is passed on to the retouching/internal teams seamlessly.

    Technical Skills

    • Proven E-com Experience: You have a solid track record as an E-commerce Producer, specifically handling high-volume studio shoots (apparel experience is a must).
    • Logistical Mastermind: You can look at 300 SKUs and a 5-7 day window and confidently build a foolproof, realistic running order.
    • Strong Network: Active connections with reliable fashion assistants, models, and agencies.
    • Unshakeable Under Pressure: You thrive in fast-paced studio environments and know how to keep a team motivated and on track.
    • Meticulous Organisation: Exceptional spreadsheet skills and attention to detail when tracking inventory and assets.
