How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Supporting landowner, lease and other scheduled stakeholder payments
    • Assisting with monthly drawdown submissions and project-related finance administration
    • Providing documentation for audits, due diligence and internal reviews
    • Identifying opportunities to improve transactional finance processes
    • Supporting the wider finance team as the business and project portfolio continue to grow

    What we are looking for

    • Experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, payment processing and reconciliations
    • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in ledger postings, reconciliations and supporting documentation
    • The ability to manage a high volume of finance activity and prioritise effectively
    • Experience managing a shared finance mailbox or similar query-led administration
    • Ownership of finance tasks from receipt through to completion
    • Experience processing supplier invoices, employee expenses, credit notes and payment runs
    • Clear and professional communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
    • The ability to work consistently within structured processes and expected turnaround times

Experience within construction, property, infrastructure, energy or another project-based

or asset-backed environment would be advantageous. Exposure to landowner or lease payments, project drawdowns, audit support or due diligence documentation would also be beneficial.

You may already be studying towards AAT or be motivated to begin a relevant finance qualification as your career develops.
