This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing HR team, providing generalist HR support to legal and business services teams. Working within a business partnering model, you'll advise managers and employees across the employee lifecycle while contributing to strategic HR initiatives and key annual people processes.

Key Responsibiliti
esAs an HR Advisor, you wil
- l:Partner with HR Managers to provide day-to-day HR advice and support to legal and business services team
- s.Advise on a broad range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and flexible workin
- g.Support the delivery of annual HR processes, including appraisals, promotions, salary reviews and bonus cycle
- s.Assist with talent management and succession planning initiative
- s.Act as the primary HR contact for the firm's British Virgin Islands (BVI) offic
- e.Review HR correspondence prepared by the HR Assistant and draft more complex documentation, including contracts and employee relations letter
- s.Analyse HR management information and identify trends or areas requiring actio
- n.Manage parental leave, flexible working applications and end-of-probation processe
- s.Monitor absence cases, coordinate occupational health referrals and liaise with internal stakeholders regarding long-term absence and PHI claim
- s.Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to support retention initiative
- s.Support the firm's immigration processes, ensuring compliance with Home Office requirement
- s.Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiative
