Role Purpose
The Portfolio Solutions Associate will provide project, operational and delivery support across the Lockton Portfolio Solutions (LPS) team, helping to coordinate and progress portfolio solution opportunities from initial concept through to implementation and ongoing management.
Working across a diverse array of portfolio solutions opportunities, the role will help organise activities, manage stakeholders, track actions, coordinate meetings, support market engagement activities, produce reporting and assist with implementation plans. The position will be responsible for ensuring projects continue to move forward and key deliverables are achieved, allowing the wider team to focus on strategy, insurer relationships and proposition development.
Insurance experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Strong organisational skills, project coordination experience, stakeholder management capability and the ability to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously are considered more important for the role.
