We're partnering with an international banking group seeking a derivatives lawyer (c.4-8 PQE) to join its EMEA legal team.
The role will focus on OTC derivatives and structured finance transactions, including negotiation of ISDA documentation, collateral arrangements, regulatory change initiatives and support for trading and treasury businesses.
You'll work closely with front office and control functions in a highly visible, business-facing position with exposure to a broad range of products and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have strong ISDA experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of the two, together with excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills.
