How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Recruitment Administrator – Abbatt Dual Management

    London

Abbatt Dual Management is part of the award-winning Abbatt Property Recruitment group, and we're looking for an organised, detail-focused Recruitment Administrator to join our team. It's a close-knit group — regular socials, a monthly entertainment budget the team gets creative with, and a supportive environment to work in.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's methodical, accurate, and good at keeping things on track. You'll work closely with account managers and the internal recruitment team, helping keep the team's day-to-day running smoothly.

    What you'll be doing:

Managing compliance documentation and right-to-work checks for temporary workers. Booking shifts and coordinating cover across client sites. Sending booking confirmations to clients and candidates. Building and maintaining rotas. Coordinating interviews — liaising with clients and candidates to arrange times, send confirmations and manage diary logistics. Providing payroll information to the finance team. Providing ad hoc administrative support to our account managers, helping them stay on top of client requirements and keep accounts running smoothly. General administrative support to keep the desk running efficiently.

    What we're looking for:

Excellent written and spoken English, with a real eye for detail and accuracy. Highly organised, with the ability to juggle lots of moving parts. A proactive, can-do attitude — someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it. Comfortable with software and systems, keeping everything accurate and up to date. A team player who wants to be part of a close-knit, sociable office.

    What we offer:

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Private healthcare (AXA PPP). Employee assistance programme with face-to-face counselling. Interest-free season ticket loan. A monthly entertainment budget the team puts to good use. Gym contributions. Regular socials - office drinks, monthly team outings, regular company-wide events, and summer and Christmas parties. Lots of progression opportunities within a business that invests in its people.

If you're organised, good with details, and want to join a team that works hard and enjoys each other's company, we'd love to hear from you.
