How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Help us use AI to implement better ways of working.

Ingenia Global Partners brings together high-performing specialist talent businesses in one global collective.

We give entrepreneurial leaders access to the technology, expertise, infrastructure and shared knowledge they need to grow smarter, scale faster and build long-term value. Our values are strategic, empowering, unified, innovative and relentlessly ambitious.

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot & AI Adoption Lead to lead the strategy, roadmap, governance and practical delivery of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Ingenia Global Partners and our portfolio partner businesses.

This is a hands-on transformation role. You will work with founders, senior leaders, employees, technology partners and relevant legal, data-protection and operational stakeholders to identify valuable opportunities, develop agents, deliver pilots and controlled rollouts, and establish the governance required for secure and responsible adoption.

You will help our businesses redesign how work is completed, build confidence in AI and turn Copilot into measurable improvements in productivity, quality, collaboration and business performance.

A key outcome will be the creation of agents and repeatable implementation frameworks that allow Ingenia and its portfolio partners to continue developing their Copilot and wider AI capability.

    The opportunity

Our portfolio businesses operate across different specialist recruitment markets, geographies and stages of growth. Each has its own priorities, processes, systems and level of AI readiness.

You will create a clear group-wide approach to Copilot agent implementation and adoption while ensuring implementation still reflects the needs of each business.

You will assess current capability, define the roadmap and prioritise the functions and workflows where Copilot can create the greatest value. You will then take selected use cases from discovery and business case through to development, pilot, rollout, training, measurement and wider adoption.

The role will cover Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with opportunities to explore Copilot Studio, agents, automation and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

    Key responsibilities

    Strategy, roadmap and readiness

    • Develop group-wide agents and the Copilot adoption strategy in line with business priorities
    • Assess technology readiness, user confidence, permissions, data practices and AI maturity
    • Recommend which businesses, teams and user groups should be prioritised
    • Define programme objectives, owners, timelines, dependencies and governance checkpoints
    • Maintain a practical roadmap from initial pilots through to wider adoption

    Use-case development and delivery

    • Work with business leaders and employees to identify practical opportunities for Copilot and automation
    • Assess use cases according to value, effort, user readiness, data sensitivity, risk and scalability
    • Lead development, pilots, proofs of value and controlled rollouts
    • Ensure each use case has a clear owner, defined users, success measures and appropriate human oversight.
    • Review results and recommend whether initiatives should be stopped, improved or scaled.

    Governance, security and responsible AI

    • Develop a practical Copilot and generative-AI governance framework
    • Create policies covering approved tools, confidentiality, appropriate use, human review and accountability
    • Maintain an inventory of AI tools, use cases, owners, users, data types, vendors and risk classifications
    • Work with legal, data-protection, security and operational stakeholders to assess risk
    • Establish guidance for checking and validating AI-generated outputs
    • Protect candidate, client, employee and commercially sensitive information

    Technical enablement and suppliers

    • Support effective use of Copilot, and the development of agents in Microsoft 365
    • Work with technical specialists to ensure permissions, data access and Microsoft 365 environments are appropriately configured
    • Translate business needs into functional requirements for technology partners
    • Identify opportunities involving Copilot Studio, agents, Power Automate and related tools
    • Support user testing and controlled release
    • Provide recommendations on licensing, suppliers, costs and implementation
    • Monitor licence usage, supplier delivery and potential duplication of tools

    Training, adoption and change

    • Design and deliver training for employees at different levels of experience
    • Run leadership sessions, workshops, demonstrations, clinics and one-to-one coaching
    • Create prompt libraries, playbooks, guides, templates, videos and onboarding resources
    • Build confidence among employees who may be unfamiliar with or cautious about AI
    • Establish and coach a network of Copilot champions across the portfolio
    • Develop stakeholder, communication and change plans
    • Help teams redesign workflows rather than simply adding AI to processes
    • Share success stories, practical examples and lessons across the group

    Measurement and handover

    • Define adoption, productivity, quality and value measures
    • Establish baseline measures where possible
    • Track usage, training participation, time saved, process improvement, quality, cost and employee experience
    • Report to group leadership on roadmap progress, risks, value, and licence usage
    • Develop case studies demonstrating business impact
    • Create reusable implementation templates, playbooks, policies and training materials
    • Deliver a structured handover, so Ingenia is not dependent on external support after the engagement

    What we are looking for

You will combine practical AI knowledge with strong business analysis, project delivery, change management and communication skills.

You must be able to develop agents and understand how Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI and automation can be applied safely and effectively in a business environment.

You are likely to have experience in several of the following:

    • Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation or adoption
    • Building agents in Copilot
    • AI adoption, automation, digital transformation or workplace technology
    • Leading programmes from discovery and pilot through to rollout
    • Business analysis and process improvement
    • Change management and employee adoption
    • Developing roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans
    • Establishing governance, responsible-AI guidance or operating models
    • Managing projects, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder reporting

Experience in recruitment, talent solutions, professional services or a portfolio business environment, although not necessary, would be advantageous.

    Technical and business capability

    You should have:

    • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot
    • An understanding of Copilot across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of prompt design, human review and generative-AI limitations
    • The ability to build AI agents, set workflow automation and understand the Microsoft Power Platform
    • The ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
    • Strong business-analysis and process-improvement skills
    • Commercial judgement and a clear focus on value and return
    • Strong project and stakeholder-management capability

Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud services, low-code development or retrieval-augmented generation would be beneficial but is not essential.

    What success could look like

During the engagement, success may include:

    • Completion of group AI agents
    • Agreement of the Copilot strategy, governance principles and roadmap
    • Delivery of selected pilots and proof-of-value initiatives
    • Training of priority users and business leaders
    • Establishment of Copilot champions
    • Evidence of productivity, quality and process improvements
    • Expansion of successful use cases across additional businesses
    • Creation of a repeatable portfolio implementation model
    • Clear ongoing ownership, documentation and handover arrangements

    Why join Ingenia Global Partners?

This is an opportunity to lead a high-profile AI adoption programme across a diverse group of entrepreneurial businesses.

    You will:

    • Build AI agents and shape how Copilot is implemented across the group
    • Work directly with founders and senior leaders
    • Turn AI investment into measurable business value
    • Influence working practices across recruitment, business development, marketing, finance, operations and leadership
    • Build a framework that can be scaled across multiple businesses
