Engagement Lead - Service Delivery
Location: London / Hybrid
My client is looking for a highly experienced Engagement Lead to join a growing consultancy and play a pivotal role in delivering transformational outcomes for some of the UK's most recognised organisations.
As Engagement Lead, you will act as a key member of their consulting team, working directly with senior client stakeholders to analyse complex environments, lead consulting engagements, and deliver high-quality outcomes against defined timelines. The successful candidate will combine consulting expertise with specialist methodologies to help transform IT and digital capabilities.
As Operational Engagement Lead you will :
- Lead senior-level client engagements and consulting assignments.
- Analyse complex IT and digital operating environments.
- Produce high-quality deliverables, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
- Drive digital transformation and organisational change initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Within this role you will be able to demonstrate the following :
- Extensive expertise within a consulting or advisory environment.
- Proven experience delivering consultative engagements and client-focused outcomes.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- IT & Digital Operating Model Development
- Process Design
- Organisation Design
- Service Integration
- SIAM
- Service Management
- Experience leading digital change and IT transformation programmes.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including business case development and approvals.
- Experience managing IT and digital teams at a senior level.
- A solid understanding of modern Service Management practices.
This role will necessitate travel to client sites and ability to work on a hybrid basis.
