Job description – Appeals Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, Appeals Officer to join The Bank Park Group, which are an ever-expanding business and part of the Intelli-Park Group.
We now have an attractive and exciting opportunity for a motivated, ambitious and driven individual to provide administrative support, working closely with different departments within the organisation.
Location: Sheffield / Hybrid (full time in the office for the 6x month probation period, 3x days thereafter)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, 09:00am - 17:30pm
Reports to: Appeals Team Leader
Salary: £24,785
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Case Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Handle appeals related to Parking Charge Notices (PCNs)
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails regarding PCNs and other company matters
- Respond to requests for information on issued PCNs
- Address enquiries and complaints related to PCNs
- Assist with other tasks connected to appeals and correspondence received
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process PCN appeals promptly
- Communicate with customers via Intelli-verse, email and post
- Maintain accurate records of all correspondence
- Work closely with the admin manager to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Undertake reasonable additional duties as required
- Communicate good relationship with debt collection regarding cancellations and ensure PCNs are pursued correctly.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Administrative experience required
- Comfortable working with multiple systems
- Keen interest in technology
- Understanding of parking regulations is beneficial but not required

- Full-time position
