We're looking for an experienced Family Care Programme Advisor to support our EMEA Family Care Programme, providing expert guidance on parenting leave policies, complex employee cases, and multi-country HR processes.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the specialist advisor for complex family care and parenting leave cases across EMEA.
- Managing sensitive employee cases with accuracy, discretion, and a strong compliance focus.
- Providing guidance on country-specific policies and cross-border leave requirements.
- Supporting stakeholders, HR teams, and programme initiatives across the region.
- Contributing to process improvements and maintaining up-to-date programme resources.
What you'll bring
- Strong HR advisory experience within an EMEA environment.
- Previous experience managing complex and sensitive employee relations or leave cases.
- Knowledge of EMEA leave legislation and multi-country HR processes.
- Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate setting.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
