How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Events Producer

    Location: London, Victoria

    Type: Full-time

    About us:

Cyber Insurance Frontier (CIF) is a member-driven community sitting between insurance, cybersecurity and digital risk. We bring together insurers, reinsurers, brokers, insurtechs, security vendors and CISOs through research, plenary events, roundtables and a weekly publishing schedule. Our audience is around 10,000 senior professionals across 2,150 companies, and the community runs on continuous conversation rather than one-off events.

    About this role:

This role has two halves. The first is booking the people: securing speakers for our plenary events in London, New York and Zurich, filling monthly roundtables with the right 12 to 15 senior participants, and lining up guests for our interview series and podcast. The second is producing the content that comes out of all of it, including the weekly newsletter, research reports and episode packaging.

You will be on calls with CISOs, underwriters and security leaders most weeks, both to invite them to take part and to interview them on the record.

    Key responsibilities:

    Booking and programming

    • Sourcing, approaching and confirming speakers for CIF plenary events, including agenda shaping and session framing
    • Recruiting participants for monthly roundtables, making sure each table has the right mix of roles, seniority and viewpoints
    • Booking guests for the interview series and the Cyber Incident Room podcast, and keeping a live pipeline of future guests
    • Managing contributors end to end: outreach, briefing, scheduling, prep calls, chasing and follow-up
    • Building and maintaining relationships with a standing network of speakers and contributors so the pipeline does not start from zero each time

    Interviewing and hosting

    • Conducting recorded interviews for the podcast and interview series
    • Preparing question sets and research briefs for each guest
    • Moderating and supporting roundtable and event sessions

    Content production

    • Owning the weekly newsletter end to end, from commissioning and writing through to build, testing and send
    • Turning interviews, roundtables and events into written insights
    • Running the LinkedIn channel: speaker spotlights, session announcements, roundtable recaps and research previews
    • Leading quarterly and ad hoc research reports, from contributor outreach through to editing and packaging
    • Delivering sponsor and member content commitments to brief and on time, alongside the commercial team
    • Maintaining the content calendar across events, roundtables, podcast, research and newsletter

What success looks like in the first 6 months:

    • Speaker and guest pipelines are full enough that we are choosing between good options rather than chasing anyone who will say yes
    • Roundtables are consistently filled with the right people, not just enough people
    • You are running interviews yourself and the output needs little editing
    • The newsletter and content calendar ship on time with minimal oversight
    • You know the audience well enough to spot which topics and which names will land
    • The team trusts you to own what you are responsible for

    Who this role is for:

    • Has 2-4 years' experience in content, editorial, events programming or B2B media
    • Confidence approaching senior people cold and converting them into speakers, participants and guests
    • Interviewing experience, or clear evidence you can hold a substantive conversation with a CISO or an underwriter
    • Strong editorial judgement and excellent writing, with the ability to make technical subject matter readable for a senior audience
    • Is adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage business
    • Experience with a professional or trade audience, ideally in insurance, cybersecurity, financial services or B2B media
    • Strong organisation and the ability to hold several deadlines at once in a small team
    • Wants to learn directly from founders and grow into a more senior role

    Why join CIF:

    • Direct exposure to how a B2B community and media business is built
    • A senior, engaged audience - your work gets seen by the people who run this industry
    • Real responsibility from day one, with clear progression as we grow
    • Events in London, New York, and Zurich
    • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses

    How to apply:

Send your CV, a short note on why you're a fit, and ideally examples of content you've produced or people you've booked.

    Hiring Process:

Intro call (fit and motivation). Practical discussion (how would you fill a roundtable, and who would you book for the next podcast run?). Founder interview (vision, values, ambition). Reference calls. Offer.
