Field Seymour Parkes (FSP) is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Employment Partner to join our highly regarded team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer with a strong track record of advising employers and developing client relationships.
As a trusted adviser, you will work with a diverse portfolio of businesses, providing strategic employment law advice across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. You will play a key role in the continued growth of the practice while contributing to the firm's collaborative and client-focused culture.
What we're looking for:
- Established Employment Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate
- Strong technical expertise across all areas of employment law
- Proven business development and client relationship management skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to growing a practice
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities
