How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, creative environment and takes pride in being organised, proactive and always one step ahead.

The ability to start at short notice would be highly advantageous.

Working closely with senior leaders and the wider team, you'll manage diaries, coordinate travel, organise meetings and provide seamless day to day support across a range of business activities.

No two days will be the same, so we're looking for someone who thrives on variety, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys building strong relationships across a collaborative business.

    • Anticipate priorities and provide proactive support across the business
    • Support with recruitment needs

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant and ideally within architecture, design, property or another professional services environment
    • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a busy, fast paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
    • Strong attention to detail and a naturally proactive approach
    • Proficient across Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
    • A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed
    • The ability to start at short notice would be highly advantageous

    Benefits

    • Join a highly respected architecture and design practice
    • Work closely with an experienced leadership team
    • Huge growth opportunities as the studio continues to grow
    • Varied, fast paced role with genuine responsibility from day one
    • Collaborative studio culture
    • Competitive salary and benefits package

    Why This Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant looking to become a valued member of a friendly and collaborative growing design studio.

If you enjoy working closely with senior leaders, thrive in a creative environment and take pride in keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
