This US law firm are currently looking for an experienced associate to join their market leading restructuring team. The Restructuring Group have been involved in many of the most complex and ground-breaking cross-border distressed, restructuring and insolvency matters in recent years.
The team represents borrowers, private equity sponsors, directors, shareholders, financial institutions, credit funds and bondholders, as well as pension trustees, liquidators, receivers and administrators, on complex cross-border stressed and distressed situations. Unusually for a market-leading US practice, the team offer a balanced workload of both sponsor and creditor-side mandates, as well insolvency matters.
You will come from a top UK/US or International law firm with a leading restructuring practice. The hires are based on pure growth and multiple positions are available.
