Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their established Trusts team based in Beaminster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an administrative, finance or professional services background who enjoys working with figures and is looking to develop specialist knowledge in a rewarding and varied role.
Previous trust or legal experience is not essential. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with transferable skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in building a long-term career within trust administration.
The Role
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the administration of a portfolio of trusts.
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of trust records and documentation.
- Processing financial transactions and assisting with trust accounts.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
- Liaising with clients, professional advisers and other third parties.
- Supporting the team to ensure trust matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Previous experience in an administrative, finance or professional services role.
- Strong numerical skills and confidence working with figures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
- A willingness to learn and develop specialist knowledge within trust administration.
