Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a forward-thinking residential property team in London. Managing a quality caseload of approximately 55 files with dedicated assistant support, you'll benefit from an advanced in-house case management system designed to maximise efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent client service and contributing to a high-performing team. Long-term career progression is a genuine focus, with structured pathways into Team Leader and Director-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by a dedicated assistant.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience while maintaining high levels of technical accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilise an advanced case management system to streamline workflows and maximise productivity.
- Build strong relationships with clients, introducers and internal stakeholders to support business growth.
- Contribute commercially to the success of the team by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative and technology-driven environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
- Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.
- Comfortable working within a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- A collaborative approach and ambition to progress into future leadership opportunities.
