Supervision
- Supervise all rigging activities within the assigned work area.
- Ensure all rigging work is performed in accordance with approved lift plans, method statements, permits to work, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate the activities of riggers, banksmen, signalers, crane operators, and other lifting personnel.
- Conduct pre-job briefings and toolbox talks before lifting operations.
- Monitor work practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Stop work immediately if unsafe conditions or deviations from approved procedures are identified.
