How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We're building Pikora, a fashion tech startup on a mission to make discovering fashion and building outfits feel as fun as creating them.

We're looking for our first cohort of Founding Contributors: five motivated students who want to help launch a real startup while building a portfolio that proves what they can do.

This is not the kind of internship where you spend three months watching from the sidelines.

It's a 12 week Launch Lab built around one mission: help launch Pikora.

    Why this is different

Many graduates don't struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because they lack proof.

When you're applying for your first job, it's difficult to demonstrate what you're capable of without real projects and measurable results.

That's exactly what this program is designed to change.

Over 12 weeks you'll work on a live product, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, receive direct mentorship from the founder with more than 10 years of experience in UX, product design and design leadership, and build a Launch Portfolio showcasing real work that future employers can actually see.

You'll leave with more than internship experience. You'll leave with evidence of your skills.

    Areas we're looking for

We're building a small cross functional team. Each contributor will own one area while collaborating closely with everyone else.

    Fashion Content & Social

    - TikTok, Instagram and short form content

    - Content ideas and storytelling

    - Organic growth experiments

    Fashion Styling & Creative

    - Outfit creation and styling concepts

    - Fashion collages and visual storytelling

    - Trend driven creative ideas

    Community & Fashion Trends

    - Researching Gen Z behaviour

    - UK and London fashion culture

    - Community engagement and feedback

    Who we're looking for

You might be a great fit if you:

    - Are currently studying at a university in the EU. This can be a voluntary or credited internship, depending on your university.

    - Are passionate about fashion, creativity and digital culture.

    - Follow Gen Z trends and understand platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

    - Have excellent English.

    - Love bringing ideas to life instead of simply executing instructions.

    - Enjoy collaborating with other creative people.

    No startup experience is required.

Curiosity, initiative and creativity matter much more.

    What you'll gain

    - Direct mentorship throughout the program.

    - Experience working on a real fashion tech startup.

    - A Launch Portfolio built on real projects.

    - Cross functional collaboration with other contributors.

    - Regular feedback and reviews.

    - A LinkedIn recommendation and reference for outstanding contributors.

    - Priority consideration for future paid opportunities as Pikora grows.

    Program Details

📍 Remote. Open to students across the European Union.

🕒 Flexible part time hours around your studies.

    📅 Duration: 12 weeks.

    🚀 Start: August 2026.

💰 Unpaid internship designed as a learning and portfolio building experience, ideally completed as a university placement.

    How to apply

Send your CV, LinkedIn profile or portfolio to contact@pikora.co.

Along with your application, tell us one content, styling or community idea you would create for Pikora.

We care much more about how you think than how polished your CV is.
