How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Stock Associate


    Position Summary

    The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, replenishing, and maintaining inventory to support efficient store operations and an exceptional customer experience. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely stock replenishment, and a clean and organized stockroom environment while working collaboratively with the store team.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise deliveries accurately and efficiently.
    • Unpack, label, and organize inventory in designated stockroom locations.
    • Coordinate and execute stock transfers between departments and store locations.
    • Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs to ensure product availability.
    • Place and track stock orders based on inventory requirements and business demands.
    • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner to support sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized stockroom in accordance with company standards.
    • Follow inventory control, loss prevention, and workplace safety procedures.
    • Collaborate with store associates, management, and stock teams to support daily operational needs.
    • Communicate inventory updates and coordinate stock movements with associates across multiple store locations.
    • Assist with seasonal merchandise changes, store events, and other operational projects as needed.


    Qualifications

    • Previous retail, warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic computer and inventory management system skills.
    • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise up to company-required weight limits.
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
