How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, detail-obsessed UI / Product Designer who loves crafting beautiful, intuitive user interfaces and keeping design systems razor-sharp.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of visual craft and system organisation. You will spend your time designing responsive screens and layouts for key product features, while actively maintaining and expanding our Figma component library. If you are someone who takes pride in pixel-perfect layouts, clean auto-layout structures, and well-organised component variants, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities
    • UI & Layout Design: Design responsive, accessible, and visual-first screens and components that align with user needs and product goals.
    • System Maintenance: Maintain, organise, and expand our Figma design system—ensuring component variants, variables, and styles are up-to-date and easy for the team to use.
    • Component Creation: Build modular, scalable UI elements (using Figma Auto-Layout, Component Properties, and Variables) that keep our design file health at 100%.
    • Developer Collaboration: Work alongside front-end developers to ensure accurate handoff, inspecting builds to guarantee design fidelity in production.
    • Design Consistency: Act as a guardian of UI quality across our digital products, ensuring visual consistency and design-pattern alignment.

    What We’re Looking For
    • 3–5 years of professional experience in UI or Product Design.
    • Strong Figma Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with Auto-Layout, Component Properties, Variants, Styles, and Figma Variables.
    • Solid Visual & Spatial Craft: A strong eye for typography, grid systems, spacing, visual hierarchy, and responsive layout design.
    • System-Minded Thinking: A passion for organisation, file cleanliness, documentation, and reusable design patterns.
    • Good Technical Awareness: Understanding of modern web/mobile design constraints and how UI components translate into code (HTML/CSS).

Portfolio Requirement: Please submit a portfolio or Figma link showing both UI screen/layout work and examples of how you structure component libraries or system elements.
