HR Operations Advisor
South-West London - 3 days per week in office
c. £45,000 plus bonus
Middlemore has been retained on an exclusive basis to appoint an HR Operations Advisor for a global organisation with a collaborative culture and a strong focus on delivering an outstanding employee experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to build on their existing experience within a fast-paced, supportive environment. Working as part of a high-performing HR team, you'll play a key role in delivering first-class HR support across the employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities and projects.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll act as a first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring employees and managers receive an efficient, professional and customer-focused service. You will support the smooth delivery of HR processes and help to continuously improve the employee experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
- Coordinating onboarding activities, including contracts, offer letters, background screening and new starter documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records within the HRIS and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Processing employee changes, promotions and leavers.
- Supporting HR systems, resolving first-line queries and escalating where appropriate.
- Responding to employee and manager queries, providing guidance on HR processes and policies.
- Supporting HR reporting, data audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with wider HR projects as the function continues to evolve.

- Experience working within an HR administration, HR coordination or HR shared services environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using HR and/or payroll systems.
- Confidence working with HR data and producing accurate reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to improve processes and deliver an excellent employee experience.
